Completed Schengen visa application form

Flight reservation and hotel bookings
Travel insurance (coverage of €30,000 minimum)

Cover letter explaining travel purpose

Applicants must apply in person for biometric data capture.

Passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond intended stay.
